Would this be a nice quote to put on the wall of a child's room?

Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed.
It's an excerpt from a quote by G.K Chesterson. Our son's walls are decorated with dragon and castle wall decals.
My husband likes the quote, but I'm a little wary so I thought we would ask you opinion. If you don't like the quote do you know any other quotes that would go with the theme?

Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed.
Personally I think that the quote is a bit too deep for a child's room. It is certainly not a morbid quote, as the dragons being killed are not actual dragons, but a representation of trials, and tribulations in one's life. I think this quote is more for an adult. When we look at children, most people do not see any "dragons" that would need killing. A child's life should be carefree, filled with wonder, not worry. The quote does not really fit in the setting of a child's room.
