Can this mural idea work on yellow walls?
I'm planning on doing a mural or two in my room. But my sister says it won't look right because my room walls are bicycle yellow [aka a light yellow].
The first be a tree and the second will be eyes and tear falling from the eyes. Like I said before, my sister said it will look weird.
I know you can't see you room nor do you know exactly what i want but i still think you can help me out a bit. Do you think it will look strange? A yellow wall with eyes and tears on it?
Im not worried too much about the tree though.
the tears aren't cause im sad well i am but not all the time. Just the normal amount anyways, I wanted to do a rain cloud but I didn't like the idea too much.
And I just painted my room like a month ago so repainting it is out of the question, but painting on it isn't. You know what I mean?
And I do intend on just painting the trees and eyes. Not the wall.
Might I suggest you don't paint eyes with tears on your walls; it would certainly make visitors of your bedroom feel uneasy and awkward, mainly because yellow is the most depressing colour. I can predict that haveing tears with a yellow background would not be good for your subconscious mind.
