How to paint polka dots on a wall?
Ok. so my parents are divorced and are getting seperate houses.FINALLY! anyway. at my dads house i want it to be stiped and at my moms house i want it to be polka dotted. but we cant figure out how to do polka dots that would look good and would be a PERFECT circle and all. so if you could, could you explain to me how to do perfect circles.(but not with a compus or anything.) thanxz!
