HOW do i get my cabinets to be red and glossy?
i am currently redoing my kitchen and i was wondering how it was that i could paint my cabinets so they are red and glossy looking? exactly like these cabinets: http://www.decodir.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Digital-Wallpaper-Kitchen-Interior-by-Stemik-Living-550x366.jpg
do i need sandpaper, varnish, paint? what kind of paint? whats the process?
spay primer-under coat-spray enamel and spray lacquer... after each coat rub down gently with a very fine grade of wet and dry paper...plenty of time effort and tlc ...end job will only be as good as your prep.... take a look on line and follow the same steps used for car body spraying is the only way you will get that quality of finish

Preparing to Paint An Interior Room: Removing Wallpaper
Hand Painted Chinese Wallpaper Used in Interior Design
Chinoiserie Wallpaper, it is a beautiful series of hand-painted wallpaper designs based on classical Chinese themes including floral and nature scenes which were traditionally used on screens and other decorative objects in NSR HANDCRAFTS.
The style of painting done today is in the same historical style that was used on the original wallpaper that was so popular in Europe starting in the late 17th Century, when these wallpapers were first exported from China. These wallpaper scenes created a mural effect that would cover the walls of an entire room without repeating the design. Today these designs are appropriate for most Dining Rooms, Bed Rooms, Living Rooms and Entryways of today's interiors. The same painting skills used by Chinese artists thousands of years ago are still used to create these lovely wallpapers. Our talented Chinese artists hand paint each wallpaper panel with exquisite detail and elegance to create murals of timeless beauty -- rich in botanical interest and inhabited by dazzlingly beautiful birds in romantic settings. Each design of the Chinoiseries Collection has at least 20 continuous panels with no repetition of design elements, allowing for a continuous scene of at least 60 lineal feet, usually sufficient for any interior space. Custom design, including stairway walls and modification of design is possible, as well as custom coloration, etc. Recent additions to NSR HANDCRAFTS Papers include new designs and techniques, expanding the options available.
NSR HANDCRAFTS' artists develop the Chinese traditional paint to the wall paper, With the traditional craftsmanship-----Gongbi, landscapes, birds, flowers and legendary figures are painted vividly by hand on silk mounted rice pape, which material named Juan in Chinese, for peple hang it on the wall as wallpaper or frame it as picture.
